How do I request equipment or supplies?
You, your nurse, or your case manager can submit a request by filling out the order form on our website. You may also contact us by phone or email atorders@ewmsmedical.comOnce we receive the request, we will coordinate with your care team to process the order.
Do I need to pay for my equipment?
Equipment provided through the Department of Labor program is fully covered when approved. EWMS will guide you through the process and explain any requirements.
How long does it take to receive equipment?
Delivery times vary depending on approval requirements and equipment availability. EWMS works behind the scenes to gather documentation and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
Can I reorder supplies?

How do I submit an equipment request?
Requests may be submitted by contacting EWMS directly by phone or email atorders@ewmsmedical.comor by completing the website order form. Please include the patient’s name, date of birth, and requested equipment details.
Will EWMS handle prior authorizations?
Yes. EWMS oversees the prior authorization process by coordinating with the Department of Labor, preparing Letters of Medical Necessity, collecting required documentation, and communicating updates to the patient and care team.
